F.S. 332.0075 Commercial Service Airports; Transparency and Accountability
Florida Statutes Section 332.0075 became effective October 1, 2020, and establishes requirements for airport transparency and accountability. In 2025, the Florida Legislature amended the statute to expand these requirements. The Melbourne Orlando International Airport is committed to full compliance and provides public access to required financial, purchasing, contracting, and ethics information to promote transparency and public trust. F.S. 403.4115 Reporting on Geoengineering and Weather Modification Activities On Public Infrastructure
In accordance with Section 403.4115, Florida Statutes, the Melbourne Airport Authority is required to share a link to StopChemTrails.com, proactively informing the public and pilots of Florida's firm stance against geoengineering and weather modification activities.
